Ready-to-Run Tesla Drive Units
Our custom-built, ready-to-run drive units are tailored to your specifications and backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
We begin by sourcing a low-mileage drive unit in excellent condition, or even a brand-new Tesla drive unit upon request. From there, we install a controller of your choice and any additional upgrades you desire.
To support a variety of applications, we offer limited-slip differentials, upgraded bearings, reduction gear sets, and reverse-drive modifications.
All Ready-to-Run Tesla Large Drive Units are fitted with a coolant bypass mod for maximum reliability and peace of mind unless explicitly requested not to.

Tesla Model S/X “Coolant Delete”
Also known as a coolant bypass, this mod dramatically improves the reliability and lifespan of early Tesla Large Drive Units by eliminating the problematic factory rotor seal, an inherent weak point with a virtually 100% failure rate that eventually leads to coolant leaks and motor destruction.
If your Model S or X is out of warranty and you're looking to extend the life of your drive unit, drop off your vehicle, and we’ll install an aftermarket coolant bypass manifold.
If you’re already experiencing more severe symptoms of a coolant leak, such as noise, vibrations, or isolation error codes, we can also rebuild a full drive unit rebuild. Fully rebuilt drive units include a 1-year limited warranty.
