Ready-to-Run Tesla Model 3 Performance "980" Rear Drive Unit

We start with a low-mileage Model 3 Rear “980” performance drive unit in excellent condition and perform a light rebuild, including a power wash, new axle seals, new ATF, new filter, and replacement of any bearings showing signs of wear. We then install any additional selected options, pre-configure and test-spin the motor with your controller of choice to ensure everything is running smoothly.

We offer aftermarket controllers/VCUs from Dynam Labs and EV Controls. Openinverter coming soon! If the OEM logic board is selected with no accompanying VCU, we will test-spin the unit with our in-house Dynam Labs VCU.

In addition to our flexible controller options, we offer limited-slip differential (LSD), reduction gear sets, and other upgrades.
