Ready-to-Run Tesla Rear Small Drive Unit (RSDU)

We start with a used SDU in excellent condition and perform a light rebuild, including a power wash, new axle seals, and new ATF fluid. We then install any additional options selected, the aftermarket controller system of your choice, and test spin the unit in both forward and reverse on our test bench to ensure everything is running smoothly. These later RSDU variants feature an external electric oil pump and filter, providing superior cooling and lubrication while making reverse-mounted configurations a breeze.

We offer OpenInverter, AEMEV, and EV Controls T-2C aftermarket control systems. We can also leave the Tesla OEM inverter board in place for Tesla vehicle applications.

Beyond our flexible controller options, we offer limited-slip differential (LSD) and PFI FERSA hybrid ceramic bearing upgrades for maximum performance and durability.
